Back in mid-2019, Trewut Anurakpandit returned to Thailand after successfully completing both a master's and doctorate degree in naval engineering from the UK. With his foreign friends expressing their desire to explore Thailand's beautiful water and sea, Trewut took on the task of assisting them in booking various types of yachts and boats for their travels in different areas. However, he encountered a challenge: the process of accessing for chartering yachts and boat tours in Thailand was very complicated, making it difficult to compare options in terms of price and service type.
Motivated by this challenge, Trewut was inspired to find a solution to simplify the complex process of accessing and chartering yachts and boat tours in Thailand. He envisioned developing a business model that would revolutionize the booking process, making it more user-friendly and efficient for customers. The goal was to create a platform that would not only make it easier to compare options but also enhance the overall experience for everyone involved.
Trewut spent approximately two years studying, researching, and immersing himself in a deeper understanding of the local characteristics of the industry. In the year 2022, he approached three talented friends who shared his vision and passion for revolutionizing the yacht and boat booking process in Thailand. Recognizing the value of their individual skills and expertise, he invited them to join him in bringing his project to life. Together, they founded a company named YACHT ME CORPORATION

YACHT ME CORPORATION is a pioneer in implementing digital transformation within the yacht and boat charters industry in the country. The company launched the 'YACHT ME' platform in 2023. The platform encompasses iOS, Android, and web-based applications, serving as a comprehensive yacht lifestyle hub, inclusive of all types of leisure boats and related water activities, that enables direct interaction between boat owners and customers, facilitating activities to benefit all parties involved. Additionally, the platform has a well-defined roadmap for future technological advancements and development, including data analytics and the implementation of back-end AI technology.
By offering an online platform, both domestic and international customers can easily browse through a wide selection of yachts and boats, compare prices, view available services, and make bookings with just a few clicks. Moreover, the platform is also empowering yacht and boat operators by streamlining their business operations through digital tools. These localized tools enable operators to efficiently manage their charters, handle bookings, and communicate with customers, leading to improved efficiency, reduced manual workload, and ultimately, enhanced customer satisfaction.
